First off, I would like to introduce myself and give you a little more information on what I do. As some of you may know I am the owner and operator of Proskillz Sports Performance, hence the website, and my company develops and produces Top Level athletes from different sports here in Wake Forest. I’ve been in the Sports and Fitness field all of my life and have worked at some of the Top gyms in the area. Along with running Proskillz, I am also a Fitness Professional with a rich and deep background of helping clients throughout their Fitness Journey. Personal Fitness Training has always been a passion of mine but having a background in playing Professional Sports, the area had a lack of resources for athletes when I first started so I had to put Fitness to the side so I could focus on building Proskillz.”
“About 3 years ago I re-enrolled back to UNC-Chapel Hill to pursue an Exercise and Sports Science degree. I knew that if I wanted Proskillz to be the best Performance Company then I needed to seperate myself from the “basic certifications and overnight training certificate” crowd. Just graduated in May and opened up the Proskillz Performance Center in Wake Forest this August. Before I went back to school I started Functional X aside Proskillz. Functional X is the fitness division of Proskillz and I ran it out of my Townhome garage where clients achieved awesome results by using a heart-rate based formula. Personal Training programs designed specifically to your lifestyle and goals. Program designing is the most important step in taking the right path to your goals. Your goals are small subjective and objective goals that leads to your overall main goal. After your initial assessment, we will know exactly how to structure your new lifestyle.

Small Group Training
If you have a group of friends or co-workers that would like to workout together, we can put together the perfect program for everyones goals. Sessions will be held at our Private facility and groups choose their schedule. Minimum of 3 and Maximum of 6.
