Team Proskillz is a specialized workout system that increases the athlete’s physical and psychological skill set in a structured group environment. This program utilizes a Competition vs. Cooperation Model that brings a different dynamic to the system. Athletes are taught to view competition as a process as an athlete’s competitive orientation affects how they perceive competition whether its competing against personal goals or competing against another athlete. Cooperation is a reward structure that is characterized by the mutual involvement of all athletes.

Using a science-backed program design, the goal of Team Proskillz is to develop dynamic athletes that are competitive and cooperative while also increasing their confidence and self-awareness.

Team Proskillz is a subscription-based pricing model that guarantees reserved spaces. Drop-in rates apply only if there are available slots. Once an athlete is enrolled, that spot is removed from the calendar for as long as their subscription is active. If a certain class is full, athletes can join the waiting list for that class and will be notified first when there is available space. Athletes can also choose different classes each week as long as it fits their subscription plan. The Unlimited package applies to ALL classes. Athletes under this package can choose to attend any class.


Drop-in rate: $45/Class

4 Sessions per month: $140/month subscription ($35/session).

8 Sessions per month: $240/month subscription ($30/session).

Subscriptions are 3-month commitments. If an athlete is looking for sustainable results, it’s important that they progress through our system properly.

Level 1 SGT

Level 1 Small Group Training focuses on building the fundamental basics of our system while also setting your foundation for advanced progressions. Each athlete will learn our base plyometric system along with learning how to move efficiently through programmed motor unit-controlled workouts. Each session consist of speed training, multi-directional agility, footwork, and Type II fiber development. After completing Level 1 Programming, the athlete is expected to be faster, quicker, stronger, and have better overall athlete coordination.

 Level: Beginner to Intermediate

Typical Ages: 10-14

Level 2 SGT

This class is Full as of 5/13. Join Waiting List.


Our Level 2 Small Group Training program is our most popular and most successful programming. After progressing from Level 1, the athlete will use their new skill set in a more complex format while transitioning their Type IIx muscle fibers to Type IIa. Our 5 Components of Performance System will be customized and combined to target specific muscle groups with more realistic movements that apply to in-game environments. For example, Footwork drills will be combined with Agility, Speed drills will be combined with Plyometrics, and etc. Athletes will also complete competitive drills where more application is required.

Level 2 SGT is also heart-rate based class where each athlete will be required to wear a heart-rate strap. We will target game-like heart-rate zones each session and each athlete’s zone will be displayed on a projector. This Met-Con formatted workout not only gets the athlete faster, quicker, and more polished, it gets them to elite-level conditioning by increasing their VO2 Max.

 Level 3 SGT

Our Top Tier Programming where the athletes put it all together in a more complex and challenging setting. At this stage the athlete should have a level of understanding where they can apply all components within certain drills with an added stimulus and any applied measures. This Program is advancement-only invitation meaning the athlete must complete Levels 1 and 2 in order to join.

 Strength and Skillz SGT

Our Strength and Skillz Small Group Training Program is meant to not only gain raw power but also to develop those same muscles to be explosive. Using specialized myofibrillar hypertrophy techniques, the athlete will gain muscle strength and size in their contractile units of muscles for explosive concentric strength as well as an increase in strength in their eccentric muscle fibers. This program also focuses on building elastic energy through stationary fast twitch training.

The Core of Strength and Skillz SGT is Olympic lifts and Plyometrics. After initial assessment, athletes are progressed through a structured percentage system that runs parallel with their improvements. Athletes can expect to gain muscle, get stronger, and improve their power output with this specialty class.

Level: Beginner to Advanced

Typical Ages: 16 to Adult

Athletes per Class: 6

Football SGT

This class is Full as of 5/13.


If you’re a skills position football player then this program is specifically designed for you. Our Football Small Group Training Program is structured to meet the needs of any player that is looking to increase their field skills during the season and during the off-season. Using our 5 Component System, drills are customized to fit movements that apply to the game of football. Athletes will be completing drills that pertain only to their position while also increasing overall speed, quickness, and general playing skills. Over the season athletes lose their Type II potential due to wear and tear of repetitive movements. This program is the perfect solution to not only keeping your explosiveness but also gaining that edge to out-perform your competition.

Level: Intermediate to Advanced

Wide Receiver U

Our most popular specialty group training program is now available on a weekly basis! Wide Receiver U is designed for the Elite Receiver that’s looking for sustainable football skills. This group program focuses on ball skills, releases, routes, coverage recognition, agility, speed, and much more. We have produced some elite level Receivers over the years and we’re sure there’s no better system. Wide Receiver U will give players that edge against defensive backs and become an ATM. Automatic Touchdown Machine.

Level: Advanced

Skillz Camp

only twice a month for 3 Months.


The most anticipated workout of the year! Our 2024 Skillz Camp is one of our staple programs that we have been running since pre-facility days. Our first Skillz Camp produced some great talent with the likes of Tyler Snead, Thayer Thomas, Mitchell Mayes, Cole Colemon and many more. These players are currently playing Pro and having good careers.

Skillz Camp combines all of our 5 components into one workout with most players focusing on position-specifc drills with a strong emphasis on speed, agility, footwork, and plyometrics. This workout also has a competitive feature where position groups will compete against each other in formatted drills. Receivers will compete against Defensive Backs, Running Backs will compete against LineBackers, and so on. All skill positions are welcomed.

Typical Ages: 16 - Adult

When:  June 7th, June 21st, July 5th, July 19th, August 2nd, and August 16th.

 Lacrosse SGT

The Game of Lacrosse is one of the most dynamic sports that requires elite-level agility to be successful. Our Lacrosse Small Group Training Program is designed for just that! With multi-agility being the main focus on this program, athletes will use this customized system to target game-like movements that Lacrosse requires. Athletes will also focus on Speed and Footwork to supplement their extensive agility program. Even though not mandatory, athletes will utilize their Lacrosse stick during all sessions.
