Small Group Training
Team Proskillz is a specialized workout system that increases the athlete’s physical and psychological skill set in a structured group environment. This program utilizes a Competition vs. Cooperation Model that brings a different dynamic to the system. Athletes are taught to view competition as a process as an athlete’s competitive orientation affects how they perceive competition whether its competing against personal goals or competing against another athlete. Cooperation is a reward structure that is characterized by the mutual involvement of all athletes.
Using a science-backed program design, the goal of Team Proskillz is to develop dynamic athletes that are competitive and cooperative while also increasing their confidence and self-awareness.
Team Proskillz is a subscription-based pricing model that guarantees reserved spaces. Drop-in rates apply only if there are available slots. Once an athlete is enrolled, that spot is removed from the calendar for as long as their subscription is active. If a certain class is full, athletes can join the waiting list for that class and will be notified first when there is available space. Athletes can also choose different classes each week as long as it fits their subscription plan. The Unlimited package applies to ALL classes. Athletes under this package can choose to attend any class.
Drop-in rate: $50/Class
4 Sessions per month: $160/month subscription ($40/session).
8 Sessions per month: $280/month subscription ($35/session).
Subscriptions are 3-month commitments. If an athlete is looking for sustainable results, it’s important that they progress through our system properly.

Level 1 Small Group Training focuses on building the fundamental basics of our system while also setting your foundation for advanced progressions. Each athlete will learn our base plyometric system along with learning how to move efficiently through programmed motor unit-controlled workouts. Each session consist of speed training, multi-directional agility, footwork, and Type II fiber development. After completing Level 1 Programming, the athlete is expected to be faster, quicker, stronger, and have better overall athlete coordination.

Our Level 2 Small Group Training program is our most popular and most successful programming. After progressing from Level 1, the athlete will use their new skill set in a more complex format while transitioning their Type IIx muscle fibers to Type IIa. Our 5 Components of Performance System will be customized and combined to target specific muscle groups with more realistic movements that apply to in-game environments. For example, Footwork drills will be combined with Agility, Speed drills will be combined with Plyometrics, and etc. Athletes will also complete competitive drills where more application is required.
Level 2 SGT is also heart-rate based class where each athlete will be required to wear a heart-rate strap. We will target game-like heart-rate zones each session and each athlete’s zone will be displayed on a projector. This Met-Con formatted workout not only gets the athlete faster, quicker, and more polished, it gets them to elite-level conditioning by increasing their VO2 Max.

Our Top Tier Programming where the athletes put it all together in a more complex and challenging setting. At this stage the athlete should have a level of understanding where they can apply all components within certain drills with an added stimulus and any applied measures. This Program is advancement-only invitation meaning the athlete must complete Levels 1 and 2 in order to join.

HardGainer SGT is for football players that are looking to start their off-season training program by strengthening their fundamental blocks through a rigourous 12 Week Strength Program. This focused program is second to none when it comes to gaining lean muscle tissue, getting stronger in all core lifts, and becoming an all-around explosive athlete. Our 2023 HardGainer Program saw some awesome results with averages at +42 pounds on Bench Press, +74 pounds on Squat, and +57 pounds on Power Clean and the average weight gain was +10 pounds of lean muscle tissue. We’re confident that no other gym is putting up these numbers and were confident in the science behind the system.

Transition from Flag Football to Tackle Football the smart way! Youth Football Club is not only for learning the X’s and O’s of the game of Football, it’s also meant to get our athletes ready to perform in pads and helmet. Athletes will train and learn multiple skill positions and compete in drills against each other with minimal contact. If parents are looking for an alternative to playing in an organized Youth Tackle Team, this program is second to none.
