Team Proskillz is a specialized workout system that increases the athlete’s physical and psychological skill set in a structured group environment. This program utilizes a Competition vs. Cooperation Model that brings a different dynamic to the system. Athletes are taught to view competition as a process as an athlete’s competitive orientation affects how they perceive competition whether its competing against personal goals or competing against another athlete. Cooperation is a reward structure that is characterized by the mutual involvement of all athletes.

Using a science-backed program design, the goal of Team Proskillz is to develop dynamic athletes that are competitive and cooperative while also increasing their confidence and self-awareness.

Team Proskillz is a subscription-based pricing model that guarantees reserved spaces. Drop-in rates apply only if there are available slots. Once an athlete is enrolled, that spot is removed from the calendar for as long as their subscription is active. If a certain class is full, athletes can join the waiting list for that class and will be notified first when there is available space. Athletes can also choose different classes each week as long as it fits their subscription plan. The Unlimited package applies to ALL classes. Athletes under this package can choose to attend any class.


Drop-in rate: $50/Class

4 Sessions per month: $160/month subscription ($40/session).

8 Sessions per month: $280/month subscription ($35/session).

Subscriptions are 3-month commitments. If an athlete is looking for sustainable results, it’s important that they progress through our system properly.

Invitation Only.


Our Top Tier Programming where the athletes put it all together in a more complex and challenging setting. At this stage the athlete should have a level of understanding where they can apply all components within certain drills with an added stimulus and any applied measures. This Program is advancement-only invitation meaning the athlete must complete Levels 1 and 2 in order to join.

Level: Advanced

Typical Ages: 12-18

Defensive Back SGT

This class is FULL.


You can only be a shutdown Defensive Back if you have Elite Lockdown Skills. This 12 Week Small Group Program will give you just that! Starting with perfecting your natural movements, this system teaches you how to operate at a Top Level by first understanding the game better then executing with Speed and Power. You will cover all movements from each coverage zone while also learning how to adjust to Wide Receiver routes. This Program will help any Defensive Player that is looking to advance their defensive agility, defensive footwork, and multi-directional defensive speed through a custom performance system. In-Season Training Program for Organized Teams


 

During the football season, players tend to lose quite a bit of pre-season gains through the vigorous workload that the season demands. There will be a noticeable decrease in speed, explosion, strength, and motivation. These contributing factors come from many sources as fatigue, a decrease in specialized training techniques, reverting back to bad habits, mental and physical burnout, injuries, etc. To counter this, NFL and College Programs have specialized days and workouts that are intended to reverse these effects. These Maintenance workouts are typically the day after the game to help with recovery and injury prevention.

Our In-Season Program is exactly what elite athletes need during the season and here’s why. As you may know, our entire training system is Science-Based AND proven. We noticed 3 years ago that the guys that did In-Season training ended up performing longer and better than most. These specialized workouts made the difference.

To counteract our athletes losing their skill over the season, we focus on maintaining and improving:

  • Type 2a and Type 2x muscle fibers

  • Balance and Coordination

  • Neuro-Muscular conditioning

  • Eccentric and Short Concentric Muscle Actions

  • Core Strength

  • Muscle Elasticity

  • Action Potential (AP) of the muscle

  • Heart-Rate Variable Training

With this programming, players will stay polished and explosive by activating and maintaining their pre-season form.
