Small Group Training
Team Proskillz is a specialized workout system that increases the athlete’s physical and psychological skill set in a structured group environment. This program utilizes a Competition vs. Cooperation Model that brings a different dynamic to the system. Athletes are taught to view competition as a process as an athlete’s competitive orientation affects how they perceive competition whether its competing against personal goals or competing against another athlete. Cooperation is a reward structure that is characterized by the mutual involvement of all athletes.
Using a science-backed program design, the goal of Team Proskillz is to develop dynamic athletes that are competitive and cooperative while also increasing their confidence and self-awareness.
Team Proskillz is a subscription-based pricing model that guarantees reserved spaces. Drop-in rates apply only if there are available slots. Once an athlete is enrolled, that spot is removed from the calendar for as long as their subscription is active. If a certain class is full, athletes can join the waiting list for that class and will be notified first when there is available space. Athletes can also choose different classes each week as long as it fits their subscription plan. The Unlimited package applies to ALL classes. Athletes under this package can choose to attend any class.
Drop-in rate: $50/Class
4 Sessions per month: $160/month subscription ($40/session).
8 Sessions per month: $280/month subscription ($35/session).
Subscriptions are 3-month commitments. If an athlete is looking for sustainable results, it’s important that they progress through our system properly.

Level 1 Small Group Training focuses on building the fundamental basics of our system while also setting your foundation for advanced progressions. Each athlete will learn our base plyometric system along with learning how to move efficiently through programmed motor unit-controlled workouts. Each session consist of speed training, multi-directional agility, footwork, and Type II fiber development. After completing Level 1 Programming, the athlete is expected to be faster, quicker, stronger, and have better overall athlete coordination.

Our Level 2 Small Group Training program is our most popular and most successful programming. After progressing from Level 1, the athlete will use their new skill set in a more complex format while transitioning their Type IIx muscle fibers to Type IIa. Our 5 Components of Performance System will be customized and combined to target specific muscle groups with more realistic movements that apply to in-game environments. For example, Footwork drills will be combined with Agility, Speed drills will be combined with Plyometrics, and etc. Athletes will also complete competitive drills where more application is required.
Level 2 SGT is also heart-rate based class where each athlete will be required to wear a heart-rate strap. We will target game-like heart-rate zones each session and each athlete’s zone will be displayed on a projector. This Met-Con formatted workout not only gets the athlete faster, quicker, and more polished, it gets them to elite-level conditioning by increasing their VO2 Max.

Our Top Tier Programming where the athletes put it all together in a more complex and challenging setting. At this stage the athlete should have a level of understanding where they can apply all components within certain drills with an added stimulus and any applied measures. This Program is advancement-only invitation meaning the athlete must complete Levels 1 and 2 in order to join.

Everything Speed. Our Speed Small Group Training is designed to get you fast! Each session puts a huge emphasis on building explosive fibers that propel the body in linear form. SSGT focuses on dynamic speed, speed endurance, lateral speed, and much more. Correcting form and technique first, athletes will be taken through a progressive speed system that guarantees results.

Words can’t describe how effective Running Back SGT is when you look at our past results. This Program has developed some really shifty, fast, and strong Running Backs and each year they prove it on the field when it’s time for the season. This specialized program helps all running backs with speed, open field agility, defensive recognition, balance, and running back specific footwork.
Running backs must have the best acceleration on the field so they can explode through the hole and away from tacklers. Learning how to do this through customized training that builds specific muscle memory for those type movements is the key to developing a natural playing style. Running Backs are the workhorses of their team so it’s vital for us to have our guys ready for breakout seasons.

Our most popular specialty group training program is now available on a weekly basis! Wide Receiver U is designed for the Elite Receiver that’s looking for sustainable football skills. This group program focuses on ball skills, releases, routes, coverage recognition, agility, speed, and much more. We have produced some elite level Receivers over the years and we’re sure there’s no better system. Wide Receiver U will give players that edge against defensive backs and become an ATM. Automatic Touchdown Machine.

You can only be a shutdown Defensive Back if you have Elite Lockdown Skills. This 12 Week Small Group Program will give you just that! Starting with perfecting your natural movements, this system teaches you how to operate at a Top Level by first understanding the game better then executing with Speed and Power. You will cover all movements from each coverage zone while also learning how to adjust to Wide Receiver routes. This Program will help any Defensive Player that is looking to advance their defensive agility, defensive footwork, and multi-directional defensive speed through a custom performance system. An extension of our HardGainer Program, Strength and Skillz is the most complete workout we have as every athlete is doing a specialized lifting routine tagged with performance skills work on the field. Targeting specific muscle groups to utilize their appropriate energy systems to generate a natural response of sustainability no matter what the stimulus is. Our goal is to strengthen the fibers then get those same fibers to MOVE in an explosive manner, all within the same set or station.
The core of this Program is Olympic lifting and Plyometrics. Athletes will not only get stronger, they will develop an explosive ATP system that generates Power and Speed. Not just one.
