Team Proskillz is a specialized workout system that increases the athlete’s physical and psychological skill set in a structured group environment. This program utilizes a Competition vs. Cooperation Model that brings a different dynamic to the system. Athletes are taught to view competition as a process as an athlete’s competitive orientation affects how they perceive competition whether its competing against personal goals or competing against another athlete. Cooperation is a reward structure that is characterized by the mutual involvement of all athletes.

Using a science-backed program design, the goal of Team Proskillz is to develop dynamic athletes that are competitive and cooperative while also increasing their confidence and self-awareness.

Team Proskillz is a subscription-based pricing model that guarantees reserved spaces. Drop-in rates apply only if there are available slots. Once an athlete is enrolled, that spot is removed from the calendar for as long as their subscription is active. If a certain class is full, athletes can join the waiting list for that class and will be notified first when there is available space. Athletes can also choose different classes each week as long as it fits their subscription plan. The Unlimited package applies to ALL classes. Athletes under this package can choose to attend any class.


Drop-in rate: $50/Class

4 Sessions per month: $160/month subscription ($40/session).

8 Sessions per month: $280/month subscription ($35/session).

Subscriptions are 3-month commitments. If an athlete is looking for sustainable results, it’s important that they progress through our system properly.

Our 12U Elite 7s camp is perfect for young football players that are in need of a season beginning polish up. This program entails everything required for the upcoming season with daily workouts, practices, film study, weekend games and field trips.

Starts June 15th, ends June 29th

Wide Receiver SGT

Our most popular specialty group training program is now available on a weekly basis! Wide Receiver U is designed for the Elite Receiver that’s looking for sustainable football skills. This group program focuses on ball skills, releases, routes, coverage recognition, agility, speed, and much more. We have produced some elite level Receivers over the years and we’re sure there’s no better system. Wide Receiver U will give players that edge against defensive backs and become an ATM. Automatic Touchdown Machine.

Skillz Camp

only twice a month for 3 Months.


The most anticipated workout of the year! Our 2024 Skillz Camp is one of our staple programs that we have been running since pre-facility days. Our first Skillz Camp produced some great talent with the likes of Tyler Snead, Thayer Thomas, Mitchell Mayes, Cole Colemon and many more. These players are currently playing Pro and having good careers.

Skillz Camp combines all of our 5 components into one workout with most players focusing on position-specifc drills with a strong emphasis on speed, agility, footwork, and plyometrics. This workout also has a competitive feature where position groups will compete against each other in formatted drills. Receivers will compete against Defensive Backs, Running Backs will compete against LineBackers, and so on. All skill positions are welcomed.

 Met-Con

Strength

Group A: Full


An extension of our Spring Strength and Skillz Program, Met-Con Strength is a game-changing program where each athlete is doing a specialized lifting routine tagged with performance drills that focus on transitioning Type 2X muscle fibers to Type 2A. The closer we get to the football season the more we have to focus on muscular endurance. Not just any endurance, gametime-type endurance. This involves still utilizing the same muscle groups but generating a different response with longer type explosive drills all while staying in a prescribed heart-rate zone.

Athletes will not only maintain their pre-season gains, they will also get stronger while developing an explosive ATP system that generates Power and Speed for longevity. As well as increasing and maintaining these goals, our athletes will drastically increase their VO2 Max so they can maintain their skill-set throughout season.
