The Proskillz Training system is a heart rate-based training model that’s progressive, proven and structured to increase the athletes speed, agility, footwork, and general position skills at a rapid rate. L1

Level 1 program consist of establishing the fundamentals of our system. This program starts with the basics of each of our 5 Components as the athlete will learn proper mechanics that progresses them into Level 2. After completing the Level 1 program, the athlete should be well aware of our skill language and understand our movement terminology. This level is where muscle memory and movement retention are vital as the athlete should not regress to this stage. Athletes have to test out of Level 1 to move to next phase of training.


L2

Level 2 is a progression of Level 1 where we start combining our 5 Components and applying advanced plyometrics. This program consists of multi movement drills that creates more explosive muscle fiber recruitment. At this level the athlete will start to notice a significant difference in their skill set and this is when we start to implement sport-specific drills. Advanced athletes can start at this level by adequate assessment results.


L3

Once an athlete progresses to Level 3, their training program will consist of many variables that challenges their body to overcome past thresholds. This Level is where most drills are position-specific with game-like intensities to target certain energy systems that are displayed during real game environments. Once the athlete reaches Level 3, less learning is involved but more acquisition is presented.
