An extension of our HardGainer Program, Strength and Skillz is the most complete workout we have as every athlete is doing a specialized lifting routine tagged with performance skills work on the field. Targeting specific muscle groups to utilize their appropriate energy systems to generate a natural response of sustainability no matter what the stimulus is. Our goal is to strengthen the fibers then get those same fibers to MOVE in an explosive manner, all within the same set or station.
The core of this Program is Olympic lifting and Plyometrics. Athletes will not only get stronger, they will develop an explosive ATP system that generates Power and Speed. Not just one.
