2. Athlete and Minor Information

ProSkillz primarily works with youth athletes.

ProSkillz does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children for online marketing purposes without appropriate parental or guardian involvement.

These providers may include services such as Square, PocketSuite, or similar business-management platforms.

ProSkillz does not store complete payment-card information when payments are processed directly by a third-party payment processor.

We will not publicly identify an athlete’s individual assessment results for marketing purposes without appropriate permission.

Where appropriate, ProSkillz may request permission from a parent, guardian, athlete, or participant before using identifiable images or videos for marketing, social media, advertising, website content, or promotional purposes.

Any separate media-release agreement signed by a participant or parent/guardian will govern that specific use.
